All about the Girl

Lillie Annabel Jameson loves food.

From being young she has spent a lot of time in the kitchen, she has had some great mentors along her journey.

Michael her father is a chef, Sepp her grandad was a chef and Zoe her Mam is a fantastic cook.

Now Lillie is a teenager she is becoming more and more aware of the benefits of eating healthy home made food.

This blog is the beginning of another chapter of Lillie's life as she is developing bespoke soups to share with the food lovers of the world, the people that appreciate something really special.

Lillie has developed soup mix cups that simply require a saute, some hot water and ten minutes cooking time. Real homemade soups, full of flavor that come with the benefits of being fresh.

Vegetables are important part of healthy eating and provide a source of many nutrients, including potassium, fiber, folate (folic acid) and vitamins A, E and C. Options like broccoli, spinach, tomatoes and garlic provide additional benefits, making them a superfood!

Potassium may help to maintain healthy blood pressure. Dietary fiber from vegetables helps reduce blood cholesterol levels and may lower risk of heart disease.

Folate (folic acid) helps the body form healthy red blood cells. Women of childbearing age who may become pregnant and those in the first trimester of pregnancy need adequate folate to reduce the risk of neural tube defects and spina bifida during fetal development.

Development of the product is ongoing, recipe cards are being written and consistency of our quality product is being measured.
